Hi, I'm Robert!

I help Canadians and Americans Buy, Sell and Invest in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit Real Estate.

I am a Contractor turned Realtor®, a Canadian living in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.


I am a Registered AMPI Associate (The National Association of Real Estate Professionals in Mexico),  NARRealtor®,CONOCER ECO277 (Certified in Tourist Zones) in the states of Jalisco and Nayarit, Mexico.


Over 35 years in the construction industry and I owned my own contracting companies in BC and Alberta, Canada.


I built my businesses on service.


Now, I help investor groups, families and retirees from across Canada and the United States follow their dream of owning a piece of paradise here in Mexico.


I have experience with complex transactions, including: financing through American, Canadian, and Mexican finance companies as well investing in property in Mexico under a US corporation.
